STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE

In compliance with United States Code, Title 18, Section 2257 and the promulgated rules related thereto, all models, actors, actresses and/or other persons who appear in any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in or at this site were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such depictions. In the event that the visual depictions of said models, actors, actresses and/or other individuals were provided by a primary producer to a secondary producer, the above statement is made by the secondary producer based upon a good faith reliance upon records and information supplied to the secondary producer by the primary producer.

As a retailer this site does not produce the video, however every DVD title contained on this site has the required 2257 information located directly on the full sized image of the DVD cover.    In the case of streaming video content, each page has a link to the required 2257 record keeping entity.
